Public gardens might be a “must-see” site when visiting some destinations. Many large cities have public gardens that are free of charge to visit and some are open to the public for a small fee.
I travel to new locations because I want to see things that I can’t see where I live and that includes flora that may only live in limited locations. Many public gardens will have a dedicated area to their local flora which allows me to see some of the best plant life in the location by only going to one place.
Some public gardens are dedicated to a specific style of gardening like a Japanese Garden, Chinese Garden, tropical garden, desert garden or a baroque style garden.
The posts that are shown under this category are the most impressive public gardens that I have seen in my travels. I hope that you will enjoy the beauty of these public gardens.
I will be making more posts on other public gardens, so check back later to see these future posts.
